Mágos

Summary: 

Mágos is a magic heavy modpack designed to show off the beautiful magic mods Minecraft has to offer. Explore the realm of Mágos to collect materials for your

gear, create magical farms, and defeat challenging bosses. Mágos is a realm with deities, some of which you can pledge your allegiance to. (Future Update) Completing tasks will give the player rewards unique to their deity, creating a unique experience each playthrough!

Magic: 

As any novice magician your magical abilities are lacking, but through practice your strength will grow and soon you'll find yourself able to cast and conjure much more powerful spells. Some magic disciplines are gated behind others to prevent an inexperienced magician from blowing themselves up while playing with magic they cannot yet control. Example: Before diving into the Botania discipline one must show apt knowledge of both the Nature's Aura and ElementalCraft disciplines.

Tools: 

If magic doesn't suit your fancy or you'd like to take some time away from it, then maybe the forge is for you. Smithing is another fairly large portion of this pack, requiring players to have experience using lower level tools before they can create more powerful tools to easily slice through enemies.

Exploration:

This modpack also encourages the player to explore the realms of Mágos. The mortal plane where you start out is full of ancient structures, some abandoned and some still being used to this day. Trying to get through to Tartarus(The Nether)? Unfortunately a deity drained all the magic from flint and steel, however it is rumored that pools exist below the surface that will transport the player to Tartarus. Be warned though that getting back may not be as easy, and will require you to find a beacon to bring you back up to the mortal plane.
