This pack was built to facilitate a private server, as most packs around either didn't go enough into either magic or tech, which stifled a lot of what the individual players wanted, or gated it behind other systems, which slowed the ability to play with whatever content seemed most compelling.
This pack isn't built to be "balanced", but instead to be a fun space to play around with mods.
