Adding markers to your Antique Atlas every time you activate a Waystone is annoying, so I automated it!
Now, whenever you activate a waystone, as long as you have an atlas in your inventory, it'll add a new marker with the waystone's name.
This mod is Forge only and has to be installed on both the client and the server.
Also works great with Towers of the Wild!
1.18 pls
I didn't see any questions about 1.17. Any plans?
Antique Atlas for Forge 1.17 has just released a few days ago, and I haven't taken a look at its API changes yet. No promises but maybe soon-ish.

Can't ask for more hope than that. Thanks!

Side note - what level of coding ability is needed to made a decent mod? I've considered contributing to some, but not sure I have the "kung fu" for it.
A basic understanding of Java is definitely useful. If you want to learn more, I highly recommend checking out McJty's YouTube series and wiki.

Thanks! I have some ability with Java, and that gives me a direction to go next.
If you could make a fabric version for the fabric waystones mod, that would be great.
Fabric 1.17/1.17.1 ?
will this mod ever get a 1.12.2 version?
No.
In reply to HorribleNerd:
ammmmm ok
Does this work with the Waystones mod as well?
That's... what it's made for...

Wow...LOL!!
Helpful mod!
Though I have a small issue.
I was getting x marks instead of waystones icon, it's minor but its still uncomfortable to change it manually to waystones icon.
Thought this might be a good added info.
- Existing world
- Antique Atlas is already existing before adding waystones with this mod.
- Antique Atlas data (except markers) are removed to accommodate some world gen mods.
Having Antique Atlas installed before this mod shouldn't matter, so it's probably either an incompatible version, or it has something to do with the edits to the AA data.
Still weird, that shouldn't happen.
In reply to HorribleNerd:
I see, no worries!
It's just really minor, it plays great otherwise.
I figured that I should just put another marker in it instead of replacing the icon, to ease the discomfort of replacing the whole thing.
Using Towers of the Wild and whenever I activate a Waystone on top of one of these, it places a Tower marker (Which I suppose is on purpose, because it's a tower?), is there any way to change to to place a Waystone marker instead ?
Try the latest version (1.2), I've added a config option that should work, although I haven't properly tested it.
I remember thinking about adding an option for this, guess I forgot actually adding it :P
