Note: Vivecraft and Optifine must be installed separately in order to play in Virtual Reality. Tutorial for modded Vivecraft is below

What is Hunting Monsters: VR Edition?

Hunting Monsters: VR Edition is a version of Hunting Monsters: The Witcher Modpack that is catered towards players using Virtual Reality headsets. Mobs have been balanced to cater to VR swordplay and combat techniques in order to make the best experience. The mod pack is inspired heavily by The Witcher games and books (no spoilers though don't worry) and has a huge horror theme to it.

This modpack is very optimized and can run on low-end PCs. I've been updating the modpack for over 2 years now, and I plan to make the VR edition as close as possible to Hunting Monsters: The Witcher Modpack.

Note: Hunting Monsters VR and Hunting Monsters: The Witcher Modpack cannot be played on the same server, you must choose one or the other. Hunting Monsters VR can be played in both VR and a regular PC, but PC players will have a much easier time playing due to the mob balances.

Modpack Contents

-Over 300 mob hunting quests with a full out description

-Customized bounty boards for further rewards

-Over 260 custom made naturally generating structures for awesome immersion

-A bunch of horror encounters created by me to scare players (Most are not jumpscares, Minecraft, in general, does that anyways)

-Custom music with Music Triggers mod for boss music, biome music, structure music, and event music

-Servers can hold around 20 players if the RAM input is decent. You won't need much RAM for a server with friends!

Important Notes When Playing Hunting Monsters in VR (Please read)

-Make sure you have a bigger room space for your VR environment than other VR games. You will need to move more than usual, and you might fall over during heated combat

-Stay hydrated, you will get good exercise when playing this modpack, trust me

-I would somewhat limit your time playing this modpack in VR, because it can strain your eyes. This is for Minecraft in general, but modded has so many visual ques that it may affect your eyes more than other games

-If you have any health conditions where being startled could damage your body, don't play this modpack
