Adds a non-jumpscare, configurable rare chance of Herobrine staring at you from far away before walking from view, similar to G-Man sightings in Half Life 2

This is an incredibly small mod that does one thing: Add Herobrine sightings that mimic how G-Man acts in Half Life 2 when he is observing you.
Herobrine does not attack you, jumpscare you, or disrupt your game. He only observes. So it is perfect to add to servers for unsuspecting players.
The mod has a ton of configurability, such as how often he observes between events, how far away he is from you, how long he stares, and many other options. Personally I have it happen every 2-3 hours.
The Herobrine design is a little different than how he usually looks (the eyes are hollow rather than white). I made it back in 2020 but Leclowndu brought it back to life.
