If you have two different mods that have the same recipe using the same materials, then you got a conflict, and you would have no way to get access to all the items by the intended means.
This mod allows multiple recipes sharing the same crafting layout to be crafted, the player being able to choose using either a cycle button or a new key binding.
How many recipes are conflicting is also displayed.
See configuration file recipehandler.cfg for options.
This mod makes the best efforts to support other crafting tables, using an automated detection system, but no guarantee can be made that behaviour will match the desired outcome.
This has been updated and re-published - Special thanks to JamesYeoman for his GitHub contributions.

Does this work with furnaces?
Doesnt work with Applied Energistics 2 pattern terminals. And doesnt show up at all in AE2 Stuff's pattern terminal.
is there any chance of a 1.10.2 backport (because of the annoying mini charcoal recipe conflict in skyfactory 3)
In reply to TerraKnight27:
The version this was ported from supports 1.10.2 https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/stimmedcow-nomorerecipeconflict
It looks like this mod only works for host or singleplayer. My brother is connected to me and can't use recipe switching.(
In reply to dlanton:
Everyone client, and server would need to have this installed not just one party
In reply to SirOMGitsYOU:
Me and my brother have this mod installed. The button for changing the recipe works for me, but it does not work for him.(
In reply to dlanton:
Are you playing on a server or open to lan?
In reply to SirOMGitsYOU:
open to lan
In reply to SirOMGitsYOU:
Is there a way to solve this problem when playing on LAN?
In reply to dlanton:
Unfortunately I don't think it would be fixable playing through LAN that I'm aware of, it may be better to host a local server or something on your PC/spare pc

Does this mod log conflicting recipes?
In reply to theamazingjz:
No it just fixes the conflict.
does this work with forge 1.16.5?
In reply to firestorm2039:
No, of course not. But why not use Polymorph instead? https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/polymorph
In reply to SpinHarmony:
ok thank you, i didnt know about the Polymorph.
In reply to firestorm2039:
You’re welcome.
Does this not work anymore? Added it to my latest pack since I still love 1.12 but it doesn't seem to work at all. Even changed the cfg to allow keybind to switch recipe and still nothing.
Edit: Fixed my own issue because I realized the mod also has to be on server
