Description:
Inspired by Souls-like games and the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game series, this modpack seeks to find mods for 1.19.2 that replicate a vanilla-like integration to Minecraft that allows for that classic Souls-like feel. more Additional inspirations come from DawnCraft by bstylia14 and Symbolica by Kyber_6, so special thanks to them. Unfortunately, while I originally tried to make this modpack through Forge, the mods that were integral to this modpack were not compatible, so a Forge version is not likely.
Features:
⚔️ Third Person Gameplay
⚔️ New Structures and Blocks
⚔️ Souls-like Combat System
⚔️ New, Stronger Bosses
⚔️ Over 200 Mods That Still Feel Close to Vanilla
⚠️ Important Notes:
Allocate at least 8GB of Ram to SoulsCraft, 12GB personally recommended.
At least Java 15 recommended.
Details & Tips:
- Don't Pass Up On Copper! Copper is a very useful material for some of the best sets of armor in the game, in accordance with the Epic Paladins mod.
- Use Roll as much as possible! (Defaulted to "R") You can also use it to move quickly while maneuvering.
- Third-person Recommended!
- Shielding mechanics work a lot differently, relying on a Parrying system.
- While you can keep your items after death, you WILL lose all XP you have gained, which is useful for increasing attributes! So don't die!
- You won't lose any hunger at all! Instead, eating regains Health! So now you can put all your energy into running!
- Beautiful player animations! (And hopefully soon, compatibility with the Conquest texture pack and Fresh Animations to give mobs beautiful animations!)
- Bosses get stronger the more times you fight them!
- Horses become like Elden Ring once you apply Netherite Horse Armor! (Netherite can be found in dungeon chests in the overworld too.) Also, enchantable Horse Armor.
- Shaders packs are included and very much recommended, (Preferably Sildur's Vibrant Shaders) but not required, as it may lag your game more.
- Campfires that heal, and can have respawn points set.
- Defusing enchantments with Grindstone and Uncrafting items with an Uncrafting Table.
- Arcane abilities through Runes.
- Backpacks and Utility belts.
- Increased stack size of things like Ender Pearls, Eggs, Snowballs, etc. to 64.
- Eyes of Ender no longer needed to create an end portal, rather, various eyes collected from mobs and dungeon chests.
- XP from Crops.
- Reputation with villagers.
