Special Thanks to OnyxKnight for contributing the config to reposition HUD elements relative to their original position. Check out his projects!
This mod will change your HUD (Heads Up Display) and add a few new features to it!
It has come a long way. The idea started to take shape in the early part of 2013.
Since then a lot has happened. The mod almost died two whole times.
It got renamed to Interface+ and now renamed back to RPG-HUD (stick to your roots!).
But it's only thanks to YOU this mod is still there.
Without your tremendous support (and almost weekly - later monthly) e-mails to port it over to the new Minecraft version, it would most likely be dead by now.
But instead of just porting it over to 1.10.2 and 1.11 I decided to completely remake it.
This took quite a while but now it is done. And this mod is better than ever before.
ENJOY!

You have my sincere gratitude,
Akira
would there be a way to make this compatible to 21w05b?
In reply to TriggrUnHappy:
I have no intention to make versions for snapshots. If it works with a snapshot that's pure coincidence.
In reply to KurodaAkira:
i understand
and just so you know its not compatible to the snapshots
In reply to formmlescomet67:
The 1.16.2 version is compatible with 1.16.5
Does it work on 1.16.4 and will you port it to?
is there 1.16.4
First off, this mod is amazing, and the first of many I'm installing for fabric! Thank you for a wonderful mod.
I'm having a bit of trouble with "Dehydration" mod, as the water bar overlay isn't showing up even with vanilla style HUD used. I was wondering if this may be due to me having some config on/off in the mod, or if it just isn't compatible at the moment. Thanks!
I cant make this mod work. I used it with forge and it was fine, now I am using Fabric and all other mods are working.. do you have any idea to help me?
In reply to UlissesGabriel:
I will need some more information to help you. The most common mistake has been to not install "Fabric API" so far.
In reply to KurodaAkira:
I tried a few versions of the Fabric API after using the newest one and not having success. I am sure its a silly mistake, but i cant figure it out
In reply to UlissesGabriel:
what is the error message you are getting?
In reply to KurodaAkira:
There is no error, it simply doesnt show anything, like the mod isnt there
pls make 1.16.3 version ;)
In reply to Forge_User_64212988:
From what i've tested the 1.16.2 version works just fine on minecraft 1.16.3
In reply to dzargho:
does it work with 1.16.4?
This mod is absolutely brilliant, the modern HUD is actually my favorite. But would it be possible to add a HUD for chat and potions effects?
I am thinking in particular of the effects of potions to make it a minimal HUD a bit like the SAO UI mod which could be a good source of inspiration for you and of which I would like to find some functionality.
Otherwise thank you for this mod ^^
Is this mod fully client-side?
In reply to maxiderp06:
Yes. It does not require anything on the server
Hey Akira!
First of all thanks for the mod (and porting it to the most recent versions, I mean I tried modding for myself and recoding it every single version is frustrating), I immediately fell in love with the HUD.
I have some suggestions, that would be neat:
https://prnt.sc/u6ul9u
In the image you can see things I marked:
1. Can you let us change the position of the held item tooltip? It doesn't really disturb as it gets covered by the bar, but it would be really cool if we could change the tooltip as we can change almost everything else.
2. Is there a possible way to remove the vanilla potion effect icon?
3. Can we be able to choose the additional effect icons to go from left to right or from down to up?
4. Can we be able to see the saturation (additional bar?)
I currently have the hotbar setting with fabric 1.16.1.
Thanks for reading!
Have a nice day.
