Two questions:
1. Do these work in 1.18.2, since I've heard they changed how World Generation works in that update.
2. Will these spawn if the latest version of Terralith is used?

As long as the file has not received the 1.18.2 label, it means that the mod is not compiled for this version. These might work but I strongly advise you to wait for the version compiled for 1.18.2 which should arrive.
For Terralith there shouldn't be any problem, and if there is a problem you should check with them. Of course don't mix versions... Because between each version there are micro changes that could break the mod...

The mod doesn't generate any structures when combined with the Amplified Nether mod.
