Does the tech portion of this scare you? Most vanilla things are obtainable via Cobblemon, loot chests or the gamba machines; There is one that spits out lots of balls if you feed at Apricorns, so those more convoluted crafting recipies aren't even needed! And, if you want something specific, someone else might be selling it. :>
If you prefer the Tech to the mysticism of magic or Cobblemon, we've got plenty of that too. Just remember that if you cause a nuclear meltdown, only RNJesus and time can help the irradiated area. AE2, Immersive Engineering and all sorts of stuff.

Do you want to just build? Build and build and builld, but worried you won't make money? If you use the mining job, any blocks that are broken with a pickaxe count! So your time isn't wasted :)
