A light-medium sized modpack based around technology and exploration
Infinite Winter is a medium sized modpack that provides a unique experience to modded minecraft.
Frozen Over:
The Primal Winter mod is a key component to the modpack, since it completely overhauls the world into a snowy, desolate wasteland
Subterranean Exploration:
Due to the condition of the overworld, you most likely will be spending more of your time underground. Cave generation has been completely overhauled, with Subterranean Wilderness and Yung's Better Caves turning the once dull and desolate caves into a rich and lush environment. Other mods, such as Kobolds!, Mowzie's Mobs, Dungeon Crawl, Stoneholm, and more each adding their own unique items to craft and structures to explore.
Township:
The Minecolonies mod allows the player to create custom villages, all with their own unique stories to tell.
Technology:
Technology is also a major focus of this modpack, with mods such as RF Tools, Mekanism, Immersive Engineering, The Thermal Series, Extreme Reactors, Create, and more, allowing the player to progress in their own preferred way.
Beyond:
Exploration is not only limited to the overworld, but also other dimensions, including the Twilight Forest and Beyond Earth (Space Boss Tools). The End and the Nether have also been improved through Infernal Expansion, Stalwart Dungeons, Better End, and more.
Resource Packs Information:
Infinite Winter provides two texture packs, the Resource pack and the Music pack. It is recommended that the main resource pack is turned on, but the Music pack is optional. I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE MUSIC IN THE MUSIC PACK, I just put the music pack together because I though some of the songs went well with the theme of Infinite Winter. Music included in the music pack will be provided below.
Note:
This is my first modpack ever. I had a lot of fun making this and I thought I would share it with the community.
