This pack is designed to "spice up" the Minecraft experience without taking away too much from the original feel and progression of vanilla Minecraft
What this pack has to offer:
Adventure
- Navigate your own personal map screen with Antique Atlas! With this atlas you can now set waypoints and map out your journeys!
- Hack, slash, and loot your way through many enhanced and original dungeons with Dungeons Plus! (adds new dungeons to overworld, nether, and end dimensions
- Gain an aerial view as you ascend the various Towers of the Wild! A surprise waits at the top!
- YUNG's Better Strongholds significantly upgrades the stronghold to feel like, well, an actual stronghold! However you must be careful as you enter; some long dead foes are still protecting their treasure!
Magic/Fantasy
- Delve into the world of magic with Botania and MythicBotany! Interact with plants and mana to: create multiple tiers of new armor and weapons, summon bosses, create new blocks, and develop many new and creative ways of interacting with the world.
- Become a Druid with Druidcraft and you will discover: new armor and tools, several new trees, four new ores, decorative blocks, lanterns, new foods, crate storage, new utility items and much more!
Technology
- The Create mod takes a different approach to technology in Minecraft. Instead of having only a few machines do everything you need, you will have to design systems that utilize the functions of many different moving parts. Each moving part is beautifully modelled and animated. There is no end to the number of systems you can create with this mod...your imagination truly is the only limit!
Enhanced Overworld
- Explore an entirely new, although familiar, overworld with Terraforged! This truly world-changing mod adds a great deal more realism to biome generation. Reignite your desire to adventure as your explore towering mountains, dense forests, larger rivers...and so much more! just about every aspect of what this mod can do is configurable in-game...adjust the world to your liking!
- Dynamic Surroundings completely overhauls the sound in Minecraft, making it that much more like the real world. As you go caving, notice that reverb! Walking by a river in the rain? Look as the droplets splash in the water! Hiking up to a waterfall? Listen to the water rushing as you approach! Dynamic Surroundings does all of this, as well as the following:
Audible footsteps
Adds morning fog
Fireflies flicker during the night
The Aurora Borealis dances in the nighttime sky
