More Respawn Anchors

This mod adds new types of Respawn Anchors, an End Respawn Anchor (charged with ender pearls) and Netherite variations to both End and Nether Respawn Anchors, which can support 3x the charges of the regular ones.

NOTE: Currently, if you use an End Respawn Anchor, the only way to leave the End is to remove the End Respawn Anchor. This is a known bug and a fix should be out shortly.
