Dying Mine:REDUX (Abaddoned)

What's new:

-Reworked and added new recipes for cartridges to make them more realistic!

-Updated mods: ParCOOL!, Timeless And Classics Guns, Les Raisings Append Pack.

-The balance has been changed, now not 50% of damage ignores armor, but 15% (Now a player in armor has a greater chance of surviving when hit by a bullet, previously this was almost impossible)
