If you are using 1.16 and the newest version of Optifine everything should work. If you use an old version of optifine or a version prior to 1.16 it doesn't work.
Hello i use 1.12.2 and i do not know how to enable custom pick up i tried typing /cmdconfig but that only leads me to a black box but i see client config so i click that but then there's only a creative core option and it doesn't say anything about this modpack if i click on it either i also cant find anything about this problem on the internet so please let me know if you know what to do
In reply to 1Fenton:
Make sure to use the newest version of CreativeCore and ItemPhysic then the configuration should work just fine.
can i not use this in 1.16.5??
In reply to solo_ak:
You can use it in 1.16.5.
I am on 1.16.5 and I am trying to setup the press shift or right click to pickup instead of it going into my inventory. I tried the /cmdconfig and it didn't work...I tried going into the config settings and couldn't find out how to turn it on, so if someone could help I would be very happy
In reply to Insane96MCP:
You can also use the command /cmdconfig.
Absolutely LOVE this mod! You've done a great job with this and I look forward to seeing what else you do.
FYI for anyone playing with MineColonies, TURN OFF Igniting in your config... Otherwise when you upgrade your colony buildings your workers will knock off torches and they'll burn your whole damn colony down. Making you run around like a chicken with it's head cut off trying to stamp out all the fires lol
CreativeMD, if there's a way you can put a workaround in this for if an NPC knocks off a Torch or somehow register when MineColonies Builders do it, that would be amazing.
In reply to DeadshotOmega:
Not exactly sure what you mean? Isn't it enough to just disable this feature?
In reply to CreativeMD:
I'm perfectly happy with just disabling the feature, I didn't know if it would be an easy adjustment to the code or not so I figured I'd suggest it
In reply to DeadshotOmega:
You can disable this feature in the config file or if you are in 1.12 you can use the command /cmdconfig.

In reply to DeadshotOmega:
I'm thinking about disabling this feature by default as it seem to cause more trouble than actual gameplay.

Is it possible to adjust the time it takes for torches to set wood on fire or is that something that's hard-coded into MC? I have no idea what is possible, but if there was the option to adjust the time certain objects took to light on fire that may be one way to go.
I'm sure this would be a ton of work and I'll help any way I can, I was thinking if objects and tags had values that defined their Burn Rate, Energy and Flash Point you could define how fast something lit on fire, if it could light on fire from something else, and how fast it spread that fire.
Burn Rate = How long it takes to be destroyed by fire
Flash Point = How likely it is to catch on fire
Energy = How strong it burns
Combustion = Flash Point (Target) / Energy (Object)
Example:
Time to Combustion = Oak Log (Flash Point - 1.0) / Torch (Energy - 0.25)
Time to Combustion = 4
Thus, a Torch setting a Log on fire would take 4 times as long as a Log setting another Log on fire
Again, I have absolutely no idea if this is even possible. So it's just a theory of a possible way this could be done
How can I configure the mod to not pickup netherrack when I'm playing on an online server and offline? When I mine for ancient debris in the nether, my inventory gets full from netherrack. I really need a mod for inventory management reasons and this would be cool if that works. Either not pickup netherrack or keep dropping it.
In reply to MikeJ122O:
Sorry, but this is not the goal of the mod. There are probably different mods which have a solution for that problem.
In reply to MikeJ122O:
JEI can help with that, it won't stop you from picking netherrack up but you can delete it from your inventory
How do you add a custom pickup?
