Oceania Advensa 2

Version 1.0.0

Added a buck-ton of mods, including like 5 optimization mods and a bunch of other suggested mods.

I will test how OptiFine works with this, but I believe it should work, and if it does, then go download it into the modpack.

The "1.0.0" is because if I ever add more mods I change the 1.x.0, if i update/fix bugs then i change the 1.0.x, and if I remake this then I change the x.0.0.
