This modpack is meant to emulate the feel of vanilla as to not be too challenging for people that aren't used to mods but also not too heavy server and client side while bringing lots of life improvements and features. Of course i have also added a few more challenging and advanced mods, notably create and bosses of mass destruction.
Also almost all client side optimizations come from fabulously optimized i use that as a base and add my mods on top full credit to them its a great project you should check out.
