Undying Arctic 2.1.2: I fixed the Stacking problem finally, thank gosh! Also I made some changes to Bliss to make them less headache inducing, I'm looking into some other stuff for it but hopefully it should be better for now.
Previous Descriptions
Undying Arctic 2.1.1: Did some playtesting, removed The Anomaly and re-enabled Cave Dweller Reimagined. Honestly this might be it, the more changes I make to this pack the more I question why I'm even making them. It's pretty unpolished and I feel as though I've forgotten a lot of what I'm doing and a lot of stuff I wanted to do just doesn't work. Perhaps a better modpack creator would have this down but I've been struggling and thinking about moving on to other projects.
This modpack may be a bit buggy thanks to my inexperience, but a lot of effort has been put in for the experience. Because it's been a while since I've really altered this modpack it's become difficult to remember how to do everything, plus a few mods have been vastly changed since this modpacks inception. Because of this, this version may be the last for this modpack in specific, but I do plan on a potential sequal with better config changes and less bugs and mess so we'll see where that goes. But anyhow, I hope you enjoy the eternal blizzard!
Undying Arctic 2.1 Release: Removed mechanics from 2.1d: "Fear the Dark," I felt the additions weren't that good and decided to get rid of it. Modified Bliss Shaders to be darker and more oppressive especially in caves, added some new creatures and temporarily disabled Cave Dweller. I plan to make the caves colder again, I feel it's a bit too easy once you get down far enough the cold stops being a problem, but you do have to worry about food as well and that's hard when you can't see much of anything and grass barely spawns in. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy!
UA-2.1d (REVOKED): Now entering an extroardinarily important beta, test the new "Undying Arctic: Fear the Dark" update! This makes another change to gameplay, with now featuring 2 constant obstacles: Cold and Dark. Being underground, you may be safe from the cold but you aren't safe from the dark. This beta tests Server-side dynamic lighting, due to being forced to remove Bliss Shaders due to incompatibility with newer version. This is a beta, so certain aspects have not been smoothed out.
UA-2.0: Release Version 2.0 is in full effect and now Bliss Shaders Compatible, experience the eternal blizzard in a prettier light! Some changes to the heating system have been made, making the cold a little less forgiving. Also added a few buttons in the "Graphics" menu to change your FOV from 70, 75, or 80. This version is mostly for Bliss Compatibility, though.
