Whether you're a modpack developer or a modpack player, you may find yourself creating new modpack instances separate from your main instance to test specific mods, likely so you don't have to wait for the modpack to load to do so. Yet obviously, a vanilla Forge instance doesn't come packaged with Inventory Tweaks, JourneyMap, Just Enough Items, etc. Therefore, you end up adding those yourself.
Next to all mods in this modpack add nothing and are purely utilitarian. Unlike most modpacks, it is encouraged to add and remove mods to and from this modpack, as its only purpose is to make modpack development/testing more convenient. Inspired by the likes of Vanilla Forge Essentials by dreams01.
