CVZ Lite

Civilizations, or CVZ for short, is a modpack with longevity in mind, but without the overpowered mods that find themselves in many other packs.

 

This is the lite version with all the client-side mods removed for lower end computers. You should still be able to join any servers running CVZ

  After hundreds of hours of gameplay, our team has decided to create our ideal version of modded Minecraft. Collectively, we have tried to create a careful balance of adventuring, magic and tech with plenty of new surprises and tricks around each corner! The main goal of the pack is to have each player find their own interests, have their own adventures, and explore the challenges they choose. At the same time, we encourage new friendships, teams, and rivalries to show who can create a new unique world for everyone to enjoy. Some of the new mobs, bosses, and dimensions added here are quite difficult with the hopes of adding more battle and adventure to your experience. We have a dedicated server for the pack that's made for all who wish to join our little community on their adventure. As always, we appreciate everyone who downloads the pack as well as those who join us! We will look forward to seeing you there, and remember to never leave home without some food (which this pack has PLENTY of)!

 

I've broken the mods into 5 different categories; Magic, Adventure, Technology, Home and Farming

 

Magic - Mods either add spells, effects or add a magic feel to the pack

 

 Adventure - Mods add either structures items or mobs to add to the exploration.

 

Technology - Mods that add machines, tools, and forms of energy

 

Home - Mods that enhance your bases and gives more purpose to settling down.

 

Farming - Mods that add plants for you to cultivate as well as make the cultivation easier.

 

 

Please feel free to join the Discord  (https://discord.gg/ACHJy66Vqk) to give recommendations or to report any issues. All information is useful, and will be taken into account for future releases. Final release will be community driven, encouraging an in game economy and companionship as we learn and teach each other new mods.

 Server Files are now public. Be sure to check the Readme for some information that pertains to the server only. Keep Inventory is recommended as it should help players avoid losing their items and gear, especially in the early game.

 

Currently we are looking for people to help out with the pack. Programmers, 3D Modelers, and Youtube/Streamers especially. If you enjoy the pack and want to help it grow please inquire on the Discord.
