University student commons /Library

Welcome to the University library for students. This works like a classic library if you only have the base game, but if you have the Discover University expansion pack it will be like UBrite commons. This lot contains everything you need for a student's life. In addition to the beautifully landscaped garden, The lot type function as a combination of a library and a cafeteria. They require almost exactly the same objects; the ones they have in common are tables, chairs, couches, desks, waste disposal, toilets, sinks,library,easel, chess table, grill and a cafeteria station.
