CrariCraft - LightVanilla+

 

This modpack aims to be Vanilla friendly. It was made with the goal to add new small mechanics with modifying those already existing in the game to a minimum. It adds such things as mobs, items, functionnal block, decorative blocks, customization, new goals and finally, qol and ui improvements. The content added is not "there to be here", everything has a use and doesn't break the vanilla feeling. Certain items or tweaks from mods are disabled to prevent too op strategy : usual vanilla farms, strategies and mechanics are not obselete.

 

PS :  I made this modpack with my definition of "Vanilla+", maybe you'll not agree with my choices but I'll keep following my definition with this modpack.

 

 

What does this modpack does not include :

Industrial mods with energy, tons of new dimension, new biomes, op tools, op armors, gamebreaking mechanics, textures/sounds that doesn't fit well in minecraft vanilla,

 

 

 

What does this modpack has to offer :

 

This modpack adds an extension of netherite armor, new items to collect and new goals to complete to encourage players to explore the world.You will be able to collect cool cards and amazing artifacts.  It also adds lot of new mobs, tamable, breedable and dangerous  ! With those new entities and the ambient sounds the world will not feel empty anymore. All the expert decorators or redstoners will be pleased : there is a lot of new blocks, decorative and functional ! All these fit perfectly in the minecraft world and don't break the vanilla feeling. Last but not least there is also a lot of UI improvements and qol tweaks.

 

In short, if you want to play minecraft without being overhelmed by a tons of new features but still having fresh content to have an enhanced experience this modpack is for you.

  • [Addition] Hunter Illager : 1 new mob who live in a small cute house (new structure) and attack the players.
  • [Addition] Guards villager : NPC who protect their villages.
  • [Addition] Goblin Traders : NPC who wanders in the world and offers trades.
  • [Addition] Cactus Mod : 5 new variant of existing mobs in the cactus theme (Snow Golem, Golem, Cow, Creeper, Slime)
  • [Addition] AquaCulture 2 : adds a lot of new fishs and few cute turtles.
  • [Addition] Artifacts : Adds a new mob that drop artifacts.
  • [Addition/Modification] The Bubblezone : 2 new mobs related to honey and bee in a new dimension (more on that later) : Beehemoth and Honey Slime. Bees IA is also improved.
  • [Addition/Modification] Revamped Wolf : "a mod that revamps the poor wolf to become better and have more depth : better AI, wolf armor." Doesn't add too much, just enough for our beloved wolf friends.
  • [Modification]  Sapience : "This mod adds more behaviors to Piglins to better represent them as the unique sentient beings they are."

  • [Addition] Absent By Design : Adds all variant of slab, stairs and walls.
  • [Addition] Beadspreads : Bedspreads is a mod that allows players to add banner patterns to their beds, kind of like what they can already do with shields.
  • [Addition] McCrayFish Furniture Mod : "MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod is all about adding functioning and useful furniture and decorations." The blocks blend really well with vanilla minecraft.
  • [Addition] Floral Flair : "This mod adds lovely new flowers to your Minecraft world!" Adds 9 new really cute flowers.
  • [Addition] Floral Enchantment : "Looking for a simple mod to decorate? This mod adds flower bushes with which you can obtain the vines of each flower." Adds a lot of flower related decorations.
  • [Addition] The Cactus Mod : Adds cactus variant of many blocks.
  • [Addition] Bamboo Everything : "This mod adds new building blocks made with bamboo."
  • [Addition] Fish In Planks : Adds 4 decorating fish barrel blocks.
  • [Addition] The Bumblezone : Adds a lot of cool blocks related to the bee dimension.
  • [Addition] Supplementaries : "Supplementaries is a highly configurable Forge mod focused on adding valuable content which fills the gaps vanilla has. Its features are tailored to be functional, aesthetically viable, and complementary to preexisting content and provide many new ways to enhance your Vanilla+ experience." Few items are disabled because I think it breaks my vanilla+ definition.
  • [Addtion] Compressium : Adds a lot of compressed block to make easier the storage of certain blocks.
  • [Addition] Uppers : "Uppers is a small utility mod that adds Hoppers that move items up instead of down."
