🌟 Improvements

• Reduced the maximum height for Apotheosis Garden Module to avoid Performance Issues
• Tweaked the value of some configs to adjust the balance of the game
• Add Elder Dragon Dust and Elder Dragon Bone to the Water Strainer Loot Table!
