Simplex - Newbie's First Pack

Tired of huge mega packs? Find yourself dealing with Choice Paralysis from too much stuff to do? Or maybe you just want a more vanilla experience with just a little bit of spice. That's exactly what inspired me to create this pack!
Simplex is a lightweight modpack designed to be as minimally intrusive to the core vanilla gameplay experience as possible. The pack has been curated to ensure most of the gameplay is vanilla, with added quality of life, optimizations, and additional content that players are not required to interact with if they simply want to play in a vanilla fashion.
This pack is a great starting point for anyone looking to introduce their vanilla oriented friends to the world of mods without jumping into a huge mega pack. In most cases, just throwing them into large modpacks confuses and paralyzes them as they don't even know where to begin. The core premise of this pack is to prevent that feeling and encourage players to explore what mods can offer on their own terms.
While originally a pack created for a small group of friends, this pack was taken public for others who also want the same brand of vanilla+ experience.
