Hackle's Spooky Lands of Wonder Revived! 26.3

This modpack will be a work in progress parallel to the 26.2 version I'm working on before eventually upgrading to a 26.3 server. (Whenever that day will be.) I'm putting together this modpack for friends to play and my wife for streaming. The focus will be  Adventuring/Exploring and World Building. I'm wanting to keep it fairly lightweight. It's a continuation of an older modpack I had made, but wasn't able to upkeep at the time. I plan to start making my own personal mods to go along with it as it continues to grow and be tweaked. I'd like to take it in Cthulhuesqe direction eventually. Also included will be the configs I'm using for world generation and bug fixing.
