Chaos and Heart

Better Nether reforged seems to have not have any activity on it in the past 9 months on github. Today it cam up with an error that spun the server in an endless crash due to a error with an Entity. Im not going to bother reporting it.

SO:

Removed better nether reforged - Please RESET your nether, unless you want to deal with blocks of air in your nether!

Added:

ByGone nether - Supplement for better nether
