Adorn is a decoration mod for Minecraft 1.14. It adds different types of decoration blocks, including tables, chairs, sofas, kitchen counters, drawers, chimneys and shelves.
I like this mod and think it has lots of potential. More different furniture pieces like fridges, showers or anything else would be appreciated. :D
Recipe for stone rod seems to conflict with recipe for stone handle from Tool Builder. Is there any way to resolve a conflict like this without removing one or the other?
Edit: NVM realized Adorn uses stone whereas TB uses cobblestone.
chairs and sofas do not work when sitting
Maybe I didn't see it, so sorry if I didn't, but I must ask. May I use this mod in a modpack per chance, so long as you are credited?
In reply to BlueSnakeMagic:
i love this mod so much, it really adds little essentials to the game.
i have a question though- the trading tables. can villagers use them? if not, it might be interesting to see if they could!
crashes my game
if anyone get an error after updating lib GUI, just replace this line in .jar \fabric.mod.json
In reply to crest93:
how do I do it with 1.3.1?
It is a really cool mod. Love it :) Hope you will keep updating it <3 Could you maybe add a stone and cobblestone texture to the chimney?
Forge Version would be amazing.
Fantastic work, Juice! The models are clean, totally fit in with the game, no bugs experienced so far. I do have some recommendations or ideas for future updates (sorry if there's a better way to suggest things like a Discord or whatever, I couldn't find anything like that), though.Kitchen
Fridges - Stainless steel, retro, double doors/top-bottom doors
Sinks - Single, double, pedestal (more for a bathroom but still).
Trash cans of varying sizes
Stoves - Gas, electric (glasstop would probably be easiest to model opposed to a traditional one)
An alternate version of the cupboard blocks so that they can be used as cabinets in a kitchen. It'd also be nice if the handles, when two are placed next to each other,
would be parallel like most cupboards/cabinets; sorta like how doors function in-game.
Glasstop tables, and other alternate tops
Leather (black, brown) sofas
Desks - Wood, glasstops, L-shape, etc.
Maybe computers that have a generic display when turned on? - Monitors (ultrawide, triple monitors, etc.), desktop towers (gaming or office-style), laptops
Aesthetic lighting - Something like Nanoleaves or RGB lighting (if that's possible, I'm not sure)
TVs - Same as the computer monitors with a generic display on them. Flatscreen, old-school ones, etc.
Again, fantastic work and I look forward to what you create next!
Newest update doesnt seem to work on 1.14.3 just so everyone knows :(
It works fine on 1.14.4, how come you are still using 1.14.3? If it's for crashing reasons, I can probably tell you how to fix it.
In reply to RetroAech:
The newest update is for 1.14.4. You can use older versions of Adorn for older versions of the game.
pleeease port to forge
In reply to kooloedits:
I second this :)
If you're on 1.14.3 and crashing, use the 1.14.2 version of the mod, it works just as well and doesn't crash
