Performance Release.
Made it so Optifine is not needed to get good performance from the pack due to the addition of Fabric Forge Port, performance mods, such as Rubidium.
Had to downgrade the Dynamic Surroundings Mod to the lowest release version of 1.16.5 because of their changes to Resource Pack loading, causes Resource Packs that change Pixelmon Sounds to Crash the Dynamic Surroundings Mod on Load.
Added some new Resource Packs for authentic Pokemoning.
