Dimensional Ascension

Some final boss fixes and quest stuff! Mainly just to answer the top two questions people ask:

• How do I unlock the Nether?
• Where's the gatekeeper house?

Fixed

• All ars nouveau creatures dying after the final boss is defeated
• Some ore processing recipes resulting in barriers
• Final boss sub-boss spawning near people who aren't fighting it
• Error spam when fighting final boss
• Xaero's minimap showing out of date screen on launch
• Default usage keybind to U

Changed

• Made it more clear how to unlock the Bumblezone
• Made all 'main story' quests more obvious
• Made it more clear that the gatekeeper house is disabled (please read the quests y'all)
• Made the Dragon Egg craftable (necessary for an endgame recipe)
