CraftTweaker Changes:
- Introduced CraftTweaker (duh)
- Added Recipe for Chronicle of Shadows (Apotheosis GuideBook)
- Removed ALL Recipes for Potion Charms (Apotheosis)
due to them (for some reason) all being the same recipe
- Re-Added Recipe for Charm of Flight (To provide a potential method of Infinite Flight)
- Added Renewable Ender-Dragon Head & Egg Recipes (Egg Recipe may be refined in future)
- Added Recipes for a few previously-unobtainable weapons and made use of unimplemented materials
- Added Recipes for Modifiers (with reasonable cost-to-desirability, tell me if you think otherwise)
- Tweaked Recipes for the mess of Obsidian Skulls / Shields from various mods (basically "shrank" the pool)

+ a few other tweaks not mentioned

Config Tweaks:
- MmmMmmMmmMmm (Training Dummy Mod) Client-Side Sway was decreased
- Inventory Hud+ Potion HUD was shifted to make space for Orb of Temporary Flight HUD Render
- Stopped handing players Guide Books at the start, you now have to craft them if you need them.

- Force generating Waystones at every Village so you are now (99%) guaranteed a Waystone at your spawn Village.
+ a few other minor changes (minor because I forgot what they were)
