Update to fix mob spawning in overworld along with other hot fixes and config changes.

Mob Sunscreen 

**Config Changes**

CreeperConfetti - Now can damage the player

Zombie Awareness - Effects other mobs

Campfire - Once again logs can be smelted to make Charcoal

Damaged Weapons/Tools can now be used with the Abyssalcraft upgrades 

Bloodmoon - Mobs will no longer despawn (Changed to help with kill quest)

**Quest Changes**

Kill quest amount altered and new mobs added to the list

Oak Sapling added back to introduction quest

Water Seeds added as reward to "Explore some More"
