What's new

Added Packet Fixer - 1.2.8 - Fixes issues connecting to dedicated server Updated Mystic's Biomes - 3.14 -> 3.2 - Fixes crash on dedicated server Added Simply Cats - 0.2.3 - Small anticipated mod

Cleaned up some remnants of prerelease testing - removed a KubeJS script, disabled a testing mod, removed a disabled mod that was decided against, etc. "Optional" mods are used for pack testing and development, and shouldn't be needed for the average user.
