# **Quest Revamp** (by @RecyclingTiger)
A lot of changes to almost every quest chapter, mainly about making them less grindy to complete and more about discovering new items and features in the pack.
## Shop:
Changed the shop potion effect ids as the effect ids were switched around when creating a new wSorld in rad2-1.13a. Unfortunately this has the side effect of switching the shop custom potion effects around in worlds made in rad2-1.12 and earlier
Added Quark Item Pipe to the shop for 5 coins. Despite what the tooltip says, it seems to function just fine without quark oddities.
Added Super Dodge Potion, Champion's Bane, Shade Potion, Toxic Fumes to the Potions tab
Berserker's Brew lasts 2 minutes instead of 1
Shade Potion lasts 3 minutes instead of 2
Relics Materials crate price lowered from 200 to 125

All chapters:
Updated the description of almost every single quest with colored text and/or shorter more concise descriptions.
*Light blue text is used for the topic of the quest
*Gold text is generally used for quest summaries; a simplified version of the quest's description, or extra information.
*Cyan text generally refers to another quest chapter or a keybind
*Lime text is an important item for the quest
*Red text is an important negative trait of the quest
*Yellow text is when a quest refers to another quest
*Purple text is used for a structure type like the Dimensional Rifts
Added Combat Tips to some quests in dimension chapters and the meet your fight chapter. These are extra hints for fighting specific types of enemies or bosses. Be sure to take a look to be well prepared for any fight!
Disabled Quest Notifications on all quests with a checkmark (that I could find); should make starting hardcore mode less cluttered.

Most Armor/Armour set quests now only require collecting 2 or 3 of the 4 pieces unless there is an actual benefit to completing the whole set
3d Mob models as quest icons!
Quests which have had their requirement count lowered have their quest id changed (aka quest is reset) to prevent incompletable quests if you had more than the updated requirement. This also means you can complete them again even if you have completed them previously.
These are the slay zombie brute quest, bad reputation I/II/III, break 500x spawners and break 500x monster boxes.
For example the Zombie Brute quest has been lowered from 100 to 75. Let's say the quest id wasn't changed. If you had more than 75 brute kills but less than 100, if you update the pack the quest will become incompletable.

## The Patreon of Gods:
Moved the 2 Sams in the patreon quest chapter next to each other. Unsure if this is a error or there are actually 2 Sams subscribed but this makes it more obvious to spot now.
Gave every single patreon a unique item icon which is off of their name. Yes even the ones in other languages.
-Custom icons are being retired in favor of tribute quests. Previous custom icons are replaced with items that are similar, and they get an enchanted colored glint on their item (if its not a 3d mob render)
Tribute Quests: Similar to "The Crankonator" quest, there will be references scattered throughout the quests themed around current supporter names, where they are fitting with what the quest does in a way that those who know get it, and those who don't won't find it out of place.
-Added "The Shadow Foxy" quest for finding a cosmic fox (Blue Skies, replaces cosmic fox pelt quest)
-Features|Mechanics: The Bleeding quest now has the subtitle "the player Bleeds When Shot!"

Increased all guard villager max hp from 40 to 50
Guards health regeneration increased by 25%
## Guard Villagers made stronger with more enchantments:
All Melee Guard Villagers (Knights, Mercenaries, Rogues with Daggers) now always have leeching on the weapons, which allows these guards to heal back from winning fights, and some extra damage to undead and illagers.
Knight Guards get extra fire protection.
Mercenary Guard Villagers additionally have guarding strike on the melee weapons for even more survivability, have more health than other guards, recover health faster, have even more bonus damage to undead and illagers, and heal other guards when attacked.
Mercenary Guards also have extra blast protection.
## Rogue Guard Villagers can rarely randomly teleport when hit making backstabs more possible.
Rogue Guards have fall damage immunity.
## Bow Guards deal slightly more damage.
Crossbow Guards take more of a supportive role, slowing down shot enemies. The kick attack also has slightly more knockback and the crossbow charges faster.
All Ranged Guards arrows can bounce between multiple enemies.
All Ranged Guards get extra projectile protection.
## Mage Guards have soul focus, making the fang attacks more deadly.
Mages also now provide strength and a life steal boost to nearby guards in addition to the already existing speed boost, making mages also a powerful support.
Mage Guards have bonus magic protection.
Rare chance for some guards to spawn with an emerald apple
Added a new guard class: The Bomber! Even rarer than the mage, this guard throws special tnt that only damages enemies, leaving other guards and the terrain unharmed, and wears rugged armor that is more resistant to explosions.

+All Upgraded Netherite Armor set bonuses activate when only wearing 2 pieces, allowing and in fact encouraging you to mix and match sets.
+Upgraded Netherite Weapons have extra bonus damage when their condition is met. Phanterite weapon seems to be bugged and still shows the old value in the tooltip, however its actual damage and reach has still been improved.

Updated minotaur gate; spawns minotaurs from twilight forest as well. Mobs in this gateways have increased attack knockback, increasing further each wave
Minotaur can also be crafted with raw meef in addition to its old recipe
All of the medium gates get an extra 15 seconds per wave, large gates get 30.
Fixed wave 3 on the atum undead gate only giving 38.5 seconds (didn't get doubled in 1.14)
Added some more time to the nemean lion gate
Increased the leash range on skeleton gates, blaze gates and endermen gates, that is the distance that a mob can be from the gateway before it implodes.
Guardian Gate awards a heart of the sea for completing it. Also increased leash range.
Final Castle Gate is now Twilight Boss Rush Gate. Fight buffed up versions of each boss in order. May require a very large area to spawn.

Prairie Grass from Byg, Short Grass, Beach Grass, Prairie Grass and Dry Grass from Project Vibrant Journeys, Oasis Grass and Dry Grass from Atum and Chorus Grass from Betterendforge can be used to make grass fibers for the mesh (pickletweaks/tags/items/grass_fiber_ingredients)
Nylium Soul Sand & Nylium Soul Soil now have the #minecraft:soul_fire_base_blocks item tag allowing it to be used in soul fire recipes as well as conversion through the alchemy table
Fungal Bookshelf (Mushroom Quest) now has the bookshelf item tag, which lets it be useable for crafting other bookshelves. Apoth enchanting stats not added yet, will be added later (forge/tags/items/bookshelves)

Having Protection and Safeguard on the same gear (through exploits and whatnot, they are normally incompatible) will forcibly remove Protection off of that piece.
Warning: this is done in a very scuffed way and unexpected things could happen, so don't try to put those two enchants on the same piece!

#Reach Fixes with Spartan Weaponry
Reverted Spartan Reach fix, since spartan weaponry's reach works now
Removed Short Modifier due to it making small mobs unhittable even at close range. Don't think anyone will miss this modifier anyways...
Fixed pikes sometimes requiring and giving magic if you have many other sources of reach eg long modifier & 2 spectre's grasp
Increased Lance Riding Damage Bonus from +125% to +150%. May as well boost it since i'm modifying the spartan config already
