No Portals Required

In my free time I've been too busy working on version 2.0 of this modpack to focus on fixing smaller issues, sorry about that. I got a one track mind sometimes. XD

With this minor update I fixed long standing issue with mob spawning. The mod Peaceful Surface was suppressing hostile mob spawning more than intended. So now you'll get more mob spawns. Mobs that where never able to spawn in 1.0.1 will now spawn correctly. Also, Lowered the time it takes for the player to recover from being a ghost. It was a bit too long. 

One last thing, curseforge made me update the version of hammercore and improvable skills in order to up load this, apparently the original version I was using in the pack is no longer available for download wish something would have notified me about that sooner lol. That version issue shouldn't be a problem now.
