- fixed a huge loop in the custom recipe for obtaining neutronium ingots

- also added some other ingredients in the neutronium collector recipe which would need the player to go through other mods like BetterEnd, The Abyss and Blood Magic

(sorry for the vast amounts of updates I am releasing, the modpack is in early stages, so there are tons of issues)
