Make sure you're running the matching version of the Modpack.
In order to start the Server:
- Extract the contents of the .zip in a folder
- Run the LaunchServer.bat file
In order to use the OTG world generation (the one showcased in the screenshots):
- Open server.properties
- Change level-type to OTG and level-name to BBOP
