Removed Dynamic Trees to save tps, replaced with treechop.

Adjusted title screen (More work left to do)

It is suggested to disable MipMap and reduce render distance when loading a world in singleplayer.

This pack is designed for server type play.  We are working on a singlplayer lite version as well.
