Defaced: Exploration, Colonization, and Combat

Fixed JEI & recipe caused crashes (if still having issues allocate more ram, even if temporarily).

Updated a handful of mods, will do the rest for 1.2.1b

Removed some resource packs that were forgotten about during testing.
