- Slightly tweaked spawner upgrades:
- - Increased max delay from 100 ticks to 200 ticks. So a fully upgraded spawner spawns mobs every 5 to 10 seconds instead of consistently spawning every 5 seconds
- - Decreased max spawn count from 8 to 6

- Warden spawn eggs can no longer be applied to apotheosis spawners
- Downgraded Vic's Point Blank from v1.12.1 to v1.11.1 due to a bug that would prevent all mob drops on a dedicated server
- Removed spawn chunk loading (w/ ModernFix)
- Added recipes so that mithril ingots/scrap can be smelted by machines
