Update to version 3.6.3.111 of Tinkers' Construct and switch to the new api methods that were added since the previous version

Added icons for all modifiers
Changed fluid textures to the new style
Added ranged stats to most materials to make them usable on bows
Most modifiers also work on ranged tools now

Added manastring material that conjures arrows from mana
