Avaritia compatibility:

Added cataclysmic modifier which adds 5 upgrades and 1 ability to a tool at the cost of an infinity catalyst
Added skullfire modifier which gives skeletons and with er skeletons a guaranteed drop of a wither skeleton skull

Added a config to disable refined radiance and shadow steel materials since they were disabled in create
