Fast and accurate ItemLevel & GearScore display for MoP Classic
Adds ItemLevel and GearScore information directly to player tooltips, the Character Frame, and the Inspect Frame.

Character & Inspect Frame Enhancements:
- ItemLevel numbers displayed directly on equipment icons
- GearScore and Average ItemLevel shown in both Character and Inspect frames

Accurate ItemLevel calculation:
- Missing iLvl-relevant slots are counted as 0
- Prevents artificially boosted ItemLevel by unequipping low items

- Bows, Guns, and Crossbows are weighted as Two-Handed weapons
- Wands are treated as One-Handed Mainhand weapons
- Corrects Blizzard's outdated ranged weapon categorization for MoP Classic
