Fast and accurate ItemLevel & GearScore display for MoP Classic

Adds ItemLevel and GearScore information directly to player tooltips, the Character Frame, and the Inspect Frame.

Config UI available under Interface → AddOns → iLevelGS or via /ilgs config
Character & Inspect Frame Enhancements:
- ItemLevel numbers displayed directly on equipment icons
- GearScore and Average ItemLevel shown in both Character and Inspect frames
Fully modular feature control:
- Each feature can be enabled or disabled independently
- Master switch to completely disable the addon

Slash Commands

/ilgs config — Open the iLevelGS configuration UI
/ilgs ttinfo on|off — Toggle missing-slot information in tooltips
/ilgs chatinfo on|off — Toggle GearScore & ItemLevel output to chat
/ilgs itemilvl on|off — Toggle ItemLevel overlays on equipment icons
/ilgs avgilvl on|off — Toggle Average ItemLevel display
/ilgs gearscore on|off — Toggle GearScore display
/ilgs disable on|off — Completely disable or enable the addon
/ilgs help — Show all available commands in chat

Display: Fast and responsive tooltip updates
Frame Integration:
- Character Frame support
- Inspect Frame support (including non-target inspection)
Accurate ItemLevel calculation:
- Missing iLvl-relevant slots are counted as 0
- Prevents artificially boosted ItemLevel by unequipping low items
Accurate Weapon Classification:
- Bows, Guns, and Crossbows are weighted as Two-Handed weapons
- Wands are treated as One-Handed Mainhand weapons
- Corrects Blizzard's outdated ranged weapon categorization for MoP Classic
