Quest parties, Kamikaze wither & Aspects patch

WARNINGS :

• Changes has been made to quests : trigger the update via the "!" quest in Information, or type "/bq_admin default load" in your game (with admin rights).

Bugs patched :

• Talisman Ring crucible recipe used to not work and didn't show in NEI
• Parties are now turned back on in the Quests ! Don't forget to refresh your quests
• Engineer's Manual used to reset the global GUI size upon opening/reading it

Expert changes :

• Disabled death knell ability from Wither Boss

Gameplay modifications :

• Set aspects for items : Snowbell/Mandrake/Artichoke/Wolfsbane/Belladonna seeds & grown products
• Set aspects to entities : Mana Burst, Spark
