Sbeev's Industrial Revolution

- removed Ceramics (as their most of mod's function can already be done with others mod, and to keep originality as it wasn't on the sbeev's original modlist)
- add Client Tweaks
- add Fullscreen Windowed
- make when you mining stone now you will drops cobble (B:enableStoneDropChanges set to false by default now)
- reduced file size
