V3 is in the works
Currently, the modpack is unpolished and is far from stable. It was intended as a kitchen sink modpack for personal use, but I want to make it more focused and polished.
3.0.0 will be a complete overhaul, focused on a cohesive theme, progression, and performance. The modlist will be significantly reduced and curated for a more balanced experience.
For now, the source repository will be archived, and the modpack will remain available on CurseForge in its current state.
Development of 3.0.0 is moved to a new source repo (which is currently private, but will be made public when release approaches).
KenkuKraft: Infected is a comprehensive kitchen sink modpack centered around Fungal Infection: Spore. With over 600 mods, this pack gives you complete freedom to play however you want — whether that's building massive automated factories, mastering powerful magic, conquering epic bosses, or creating your dream base.
No forced progression. No recipe restrictions. No limitations. This is YOUR world to shape. Automate everything with Create and Mekanism. Cast devastating spells with Ars Nouveau and Iron's Spells. Note: This modpack is intended for personal use. Updates will be occasional (bug fixes and selective mod updates) and stability is not guaranteed. I'm doing my best, but this is a large and complex pack. If you want a more polished experience, consider using a popular modpack like DeceasedCraft or Cursed Walking.

Despite having 600+ mods, KenkuKraft: Infected makes every attempt to provide smooth gameplay. Built on the More FPS modpack, it includes dozens of performance mods like Sodium, Lithium, ModernFix, and Distant Horizons. Concurrent Chunk Management Engine ensures smooth world loading. With careful tuning and optimizations, you can expect playable framerates even in heavily modded areas.

Installation
Download the modpack from CurseForge and install with your preferred launcher (e.g. Prism Launcher, MultiMC, GDLauncher).
