I hadn't realized at the time this pack went public that the backups mod i have in the pack isn't doing its job so if something happens to your world, you won't have a backup. Hopefully its fixed with this update, can't promise that but hopefully, but just to be safe, do /backup start when you launch the world after you update and then it seems to do it at the timeframe i have set.
