Bugfixes:

• Decrease the Magic Power required for the Essence of Cycles to prevent the recipe from failing on the first tick.
• Fix JEI Categories being loaded on the server and thus attempting to load a client-only class, causing them to crash.
• Fix the custom lightning recipe override failing.

Balance Adjustments:

• Change the items that get converted with lightning to start off LightningCraft.

QoL Improvements:

• Add a JEI Category for converting items with Lightning.

Text and Quest Updates:

• Remove the tooltip on Electricium and Ichor informing people about the lightning conversion, as JEI now handles that.
