- Reduced server ping times on multiplayer server list dramatically, making server info like how many players and the MOTD show up immediately when opening the server list.
- Added ping display to playerlist

- Tweaked DistantHorizons for slight performance improvement
- Added text shadows for better readability
- Fixed bug where master volume would go above 100% briefly after the game window enters focus after being out of focus for less than one second.
