Cozy Crafting with Ch3esy

This update adds many different controls for difficulty adjustment as well as single-player roleplay adding many elements like dynamic dialogue with NPCs. Additionally, we have added in many more cosmetic items for players to enjoy and find throughout their travels.

We will be slowly trying to get most mods updated as there are some nice additions waiting for us.

We are also working on finding a fix for people updating from mod-pack version 1.4.X to 1.5.X. This is a mod load order that causes biome id's to get mixed up effectively reskinning biomes and various other bime gen-related blocks.
